Question on harvesting

need to start harvesting soon but I have a buds that are full and some are still growin can i cut the ones that are full and start drying and leave the others to finsih or just wait for them all to be done or start cutting now?

Sure can!!!

You can harvest the tops and let lower buds go some more. You might get some extra growth out of it. It's not just whether they are still growing but how developed the trichomes are. If they are all ready then harvest them all.
