Question regarding sex of my plant

Recently, one of my plants has finally shown sexual organs, however, I am unsure whether it is a male or female, I know how to tell the difference but I would like to ask a question. Currently the sexual organs resemble the first sign of preflower growth, that inital "lump". but is there any chance over the next few days the pistols will finally appear on these? How long do the pistols take to show once the organs are showing? I'm asking because the two look quite the familar until the pistols show, so i need clarification on when pistols usually appear, or is it just too late?

I would show a picture but my phone is far too blury to even bother as the organs they are still so new and tiny.

Plant has been disposed of, the little balls starting coming out on lil braches pretty much clarifying it was a male. Damn 1 down 2 left, hoping for females.
