Question regarding time between harvests

I have a tent with room enough for two small plants, like 36 inches tall, tho it gets bushy.
24*36*60”
I’m fairly certain my plants won’t get bigger than 36 inches in 3g. I don’t believe I have ample space for two large plants so I may be able to do two small/medium-ish plants.

now....I am thinking I want to stagger the harvests. Using autos currently,so no worry about lights and time, like photos. I think, no matter what, it’ll get crowded? At any one time, I will have one closer to harvest than the other.

I’m still in my first grow, about two weeks into flower with two HSO blue dream autos. One hasn’t flowered yet. Other is two weeks in.

anyway, does anyone have insight on timing harvests? I’d like to see how simple or complex it can get.

See the thing with harvest times is breeder rec flowering times....I have had plants finish a week before and have had plants finish 3 weeks after. Some count flowering day 1 from 12/12 and others count when the first sign of pistols. Unless you are using clones that have been ran before, it's really hard to actually figure out harvest windows prior to flowering.

There is no real way to work out harvest times correctly unless you use clones, as mentioned in the post above. As you can already see, your two ‘identical’ blue dream plants are already weeks apart in growth rates.
Also, do you have somewhere to dry the harvests? You can’t dry and grow easily in the same tent unless you dry in boxes.

You'd need more room for a perpetual grow. Though, as mentioned above, you can never time it just right.
I pop between 2-4 seeds every 6 weeks. Every other month I harvest between 2-4 plants.
In theory you could do the same with one plant at a time but there will come a time (probably sooner than later) where you run out of space.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it yet. Concentrate on this grow. You may end up with enough bud where you decide you don't need the extra hassle.
