question this is my first grow

this is my first grow of some purple kush bag seed and im on day 2 the seed has not popped from the ground yet and im wondering if i could put a heating pad under it and maybe help it any ideas?

It will help a bit, just don't fry the soil... It can take up to a week or more man.... Keep your cool , they will sprout... As long as your temps are mid 70's to mid 80's you really don't need a heating pad....

Just want to throw this at ya also...Next time, paint your box white instead of using tin foil......

next time i would germinate the seed before you pop it in soil. My method is very simple, get a paper towel and soak with bottled water, fold it 3 times in half and stick your seed in the middle and then throw that in a ziplok bag. Check it daily, it will take 1-3 days for it to sprout and then put it in some regular soil with no nutes.

a heating pad would help, then once you see it sprout i would put a clear plastic dome over it to keep the humidity up for a faster growing rate.

i germinated and it did sprout but what i mean is nothing has shown yet since ive planted it
