Question: What are these???

That plant just looks sickly. And I have no idea what those things are/were. If they were scale insects, then the plant might recover and you could flower it- you did put a lot of time into it, afterall.

I can't even imagine what conditions would have allowed the plant to get like this. Personally, if you live in a warm climate, I would move the plant outside or just scrap it, and disenfect the entire area.

Sorry about having such luck, friend. I think you're the first person to ever have anything like this on their plants. It's quite strange, sort of disgusting, and a bit tragic. :-|

wow dude what the shyt is that stuff on your plant? that plant is very unhealthy kill it off and get rid of it don't keep any part of it and cean the hole area, I have only been growing for amybe 1 or 2 months and my plants look helthy as shyt, my smallest plant is almost taller then my tallest plant and I bought a 42w CFL Bulb for them and they just grew like crazy, I have 10 to 20 new branches all over each plant and I haven't even topped them yet and I think 1 of them is close to 1 foot tall

THis plant has been growing for about a year under 24hr uvb reptile bulb. It was in a very small pot and rootbound. I transferred it with old and new soil couple weeks ago and added 3 more UVB lamps and a fan. It began to grow decently. Stalk has thickened and the newest leafs are fairly deep green and healthy looking, but these things arrived also.

those are from insects... you need to remove those.. or spray a solution to kill it... all its doing is sucking the life out of your plant to feed those sacs which will soon be bugs!!
 
Those things were scary. But I can't stop looking at them. You my friend have the ugliest plant I have ever seen haha. What happened to it? Please tell me it's not inside.

I say get "it" (dunno what to call it) soaked in gasoline, throw in a bonfire and put out the smoldering ashes with holy water. Bury 6 feet deep under your nemesis's yard.
Buy a sack of bug bombs, insert inside the growroom and leave it like that for a week. Air out, call an exorcist and you're good for your next grow.

DAMN!!!!!those things look scary,,,,i cant believe you thought it looked like that coz it was a hermi!lol,,,,,if i had a plant like that id sling a few grenades in my grow room then run for cover!
