Ok i would like to know what would the penalty in Georgia would be for growing 1 MJ plant?

even if the buds and most of the leaves have been either cut up or flushed down the toilet....and main stem broken up...?

my mom went super snooping thru my part of the house... moved a few desk out of the way and picked a lock and got to my grow room SOME MF how.... she found it.. she says she is gonna call the cops... and i really dont know what to do rite now...

yea thanks folks

i got completely rid of anything that even looks like weed. got rid of the lights (well used them in some other part of the house) got rid of the dirt and put the nutes in the garden section in my garage. even took a shit on the plant before i flushed (sorry tmi but i was nervous....lol) i now have absolutely nothing to worry about with the cops anymore... damn looks like i have to move out b4 i start my next one :-(:wall: oh well (and shit i was only 2-3 weeks from harvest!!!! ) uuuugh shit happens and you move on with live--oh well

That sucks bro. Sorry it had to come down to that. I'm in a similar situation my self right now. My cousin (who I see once or twice a year) got picked up by state cops/DEA on friday, and they also questioned a dude i sorta know from work. Now today I heard that they are going to make another sweep through this area, looking for about 6-8 more people. I guess they already have names? I dunno...but I live in a SMALL area, population is less than 2500...farming community, etc....so I'm seriously thinking of breaking down my set up as well.

Maybe I'm just being too paranoid, but I'd rather play it safe. If it comes down to it I'd rather get busted for a little bit of smoke and paraphernalia than growing.
