Motul: when you check your pH, which you should do daily, if you check your ppm's you'll see that they're going down, meaning your plants are feeding, depleting the nutes you added. The only problem is that you don't know what they've eaten, so what are you going to add? There is a relatively easy solution to this problem. Depending on how big your reservoir is, you can dump it and put in new. When I'm growing hydro I recycle my used nutes into my outside dirt garden and my fruits and vegetable love the left overs. That's what I've always done but then I've only grown in: Aerogardens, 1 gal, 2 gal, 3 1/2 gal, and 5 gal DWC buckets and ten gallons bubble tubs with 7 gallons of nutes. I changed my nutes weekly, a habit I got from working with my Aerogardens, and I didn't have half the problems a lot of people complain about here and at other forums. I hope that helps. HSA
