Questions about 3 month old plants (pics)

Hey I've been growing a few bag seed plants for just over 3 months outdoors and I just have some questions...
Is it time to transplant them into bigger pots or into the ground?
Are they looking good and big for just over 3months?
I fimmed (topped) the plant that seemed more sativa dominant, should I do the same to the more bushy plant?
I've noticed some female preflowers on 2 out of the 3 plants, is this a sure sign that ive got females?
And finally, how much bud should I be expecting from each plant assuming they turn out female and they have at least another 2 months worth of vegetative growth before they start to bloom.

for 3 months she seems rather stunted in growth.I would definetley put them in bigger containers.Like 5 gallon capacity,buckets would work but i dont use them i like containers that are wider than the 5 gal bucket, but still hold just as much.

Wow they havent flowered yet? Where do you live mars? Lol, they need to be transplanted for 3 months they are quite small. Gl

And 5 gallon buckets will be too small for them.
