questions about rockwool

I am running ebb and flow. watering 4 times a day. My seedlings are dying and when I pull them out I notice that the rockwool is sopping wet. Am I watering too much?

as seedlings , once a day is plenty. Rockwool needs to dry a bit .

Yes I started my aero system grow in rockwool cubes as well & ran into same issue- dial back your flow to cycle less & allow them to dry- rockwool retains more moisture than you really want for small seedlings but as they get bigger & root out you can return to the current interval-

I agree with all above ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ rockwool retains a lot of moisture, don't over do it, I hope you have some minute nutes besides just water, water is not enough to feed your seedlings, at least that's my experience.
