Questions for those of you that grow out of the home

As of now I am growing at home and I want to get it out of the house. I know what I am doing is completely legal in my state but I just don't want my young kids around it. Anyways, I am looking into purchasing a commercial building or a house to just grow in. Who out there has done the same thing? What would you have done differently? What should I look for? I know what type of location that I want (not in a neighborhood or busy street) but just wanted to see what you guys are doing. I have also been looking into foreclosures or homes that aren't very pretty (found a lot of homes for $30-50,000 that I wouldn't necessarily live in in the condition they are in but would be fine for growing at least I think.) Wish I had friends that did home inspections or contractors because I don't know much about it. Thanks for any help you can give me!

I wouldn't even attempt a venture like this. Security would be a nightmare for me to have my babies somewhere else.

Its an even bigger security risk to have my children around it. I would rather have someone break in to my grow house without me there than to have someone break into my normal house where my kids sleep.

thats y no1 should no u grow... i wouldnt wana jeopardize my childs safety either.

How is a thief gonna know what houses are growing?
