Questions (pic) trans/sex/12/12

hey yea it doesnt hurt to give the roots more room....i hear more roots = morew bud. As for the sex I cant tell, however im not a pro at this by no means but i dont see any pollen sacks from where im sittin. and u should def change to the warm light spec better for flowering......hope this helps. good luck and by the way.....nice grow +rep to u

and yeah i def cant see the sex yet , was wondering what topping is? am i topping by having my lights above the plant and no where near the bottom parts?

topping has nothing to do with the lighting, actually. but i can see how you got that. i am workin on my second grow, and i topped the last one still deciding if i should on this one. topping is actually clipping the main shoot (stem) right after a new set of growth happens and you have about a centemeter of new stem appearing. this causes the plant to force out 2 main shoots. you can do it over and over again if preferred but it causes the plant to stunt in height and grow in width. makes the plant bushy and more full. my first grow i topped and it successfully grew 2 more main shoots, also it makes all the stem underneath the topped portion fat as hell. unfortunatly the topping does cause some stress on the plant, upping the chances of a male, which was what happened in my case. good grow so far, def indica. keep on truckin holla

Thanks alot, now that i no what topping is. i think shes too tall for topping i hope she doesnt get any taller...but i gues thats up to me right?
Example: i have to put it in 12/12 light
