queston on color

I wanted to kno if anyone can tell me why my plant is gettin a lighter color as it gets older it still healthy I'm just curious about it. I apprciate any help thank u
 
Is it flowering or Veging?

If you really want people to help tell us everything about the plant.
simple stuff
PH, Grow medium, plant type, age, flowering veging, nutes, water cycle

ok well p/h I'm not sure I'm usin miracle pottin mix n as for type its shwag I wanna get use to everything b4 I start on tha good stuff lmao its in the veging stage I'm usin miracle grow all purpose plant food n its about 5 weeks old

But by the sounds of things.... Its probably a nute overload, i've never used miracle grow but i've heard that it can be a little too potent for young planties. Honestly man i'm no expert and i wont pretend to be, but if you want a definite answer then give as much info as possible and pic's.

If you are using MG soil you dont need to use the ferts because its allready in the soil and you should flush on a regular basis. . MG is really strong and is not recomended indoor because it can cause deficencys. Usually light green foliage means you dont have enough Nitrogen but MG has plenty so my guess is the N is starting to get locked out! Try flushing with Florakleen, Clerex or 3 times as much water as the size of the pots. Then cut back on the nutes. I fertilize every other watering but I use FF Ocean Forest soil and I dont fertilize till my plants are 4-5 wks old and I use a 1/4 strenght solution for the first few times. Make sure nothing is chewing on the bottom sides of your leaves because bugs can cause the leaves to lighten too! Good Luck with your grow show!
 
no well my bad its not dying it just looks a lighter green not like its turnin yellow doe its a very healthy plant really. n thanx for lettin me kno bout the soil thing
 
my thoughts went to nitrogen as well. i kinda doubt its locked out but you never know... if you dont have a ph kit or anything we cant be sure. for it to lock out N you would have be well below 5 or above 7.5 kinda unlikely but you never know... could just have a buildup of of other nuts locking it out. or it could just be short N. id say flush to be sure if you dont have a ph tester. then get one.

yea I think dat ima get one but I use bottle water wouldn't dat be in between 6.5
 
i used water from the water coolers at work for my last grow and never had ANY problems with water. id guess your water being bottled as well would be fine too.

whats the ratio on your nutes? like 28 14 20 or some such
