quick advise please

well if u already have cfl's you can stick with em they work...mh may work better, but even if you use cfls for veg I would still reccomend hps for flowering...you could check out bongspits white widow and blueberry grow he used cfls for veg and his plants look great....

Always depends on the size of the mh light dont through a brand new sprout under mh light and cfls well they arent so great Id go with a florescent tube light T8 or T5
