Quick couple of questions.

There's a 1.2 x 1.2 x 2m grow area.
Here are my questions:

1) Would 2 x 400w be best or would it be best to save money and get a regular 600w?
2) Based on your answer to the above question, how many plants should be placed under the lights and what size pots should be used.

I think 400 Watt & 6 plants is about max.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't think you understood my question.

why not go with the 2 400W, more light the better.

is 400w mH too much for just one plant? (i plan to grow more if this goes well) and how far should it be from the light?

1 600w would do great, or you can get the 2 400w and while they are in vegg just use 1, then while flowering throw in that other 400w and it would do even better! I would say about 12 plants.
