you might as well add the growroom into the deal, it may sell faster! I was looking at forclosures and was amaized with the blatent "past growrooms" ducting entact. One was gutted and all the walls and ceiling painted blue, all carpets out....power rewired, and a big industrial sink,,,,so i kinda figured.
