Quick golden teacher cubensis question

Hey everybody some shrooms may or may not be about to be produced.

My main question which I can't find an answer to is how much do I need to worry about sanitation once I start fruiting my cakes? Is it easy for other fungus to take over my fruiting mushrooms? Its something i'm worrying about stopping me but looking at a lot of videos people seem to handle their fully colonized cakes much less sanitary than their inoculation,

I would worry as much as possible about sanitation through all stages to ensure you get the most out of all your flushes. I mean why not

yeah why would you change the way you're doing things if it's working? no need for less sanitation.
