Quick Harvest

I am trying to get a few ideas on how to finish growing a plant in under 2 months. my thoughts are to veg for 2 weeks flower 4-6 and cure for 1-2 weeks. i am using a drip system with rockwool and hydroton and unknown strain. i will be growing 2 plants with 1-2 on veg in case anything happens. i am using a 250W hps with about 2-3 26W cfls for base growth. any kind of help will be appriciated.

Well, you can't just flower them for 6 weeks, and then harvest. You won't get any yield because they will just be starting to flower, and what you do get won't be any good, because the resins are just starting to form.

Depending on strain, you need to flower the females for 9-14 weeks, that's from day of switching to 12/12 to harvest.

you can always flower with zero veg time. this works best from clones as they are already sexually mature. it can be done from seed as well though.
this will be your best bet for early harvest but you will sacrafice quantity. ie: your plants will be small.
i personally would find a very fast auto flower strain and go for it. i think the fastest ive ever seen advertised is like 53 days from seed to weed

Sensi Hindu Kush from Dr. Chronic. flowers in 45-50 days according to package, i harvested at 43 days in scrog with a little over 1.6oz/sq.ft. about 7 months ago with a 4 week veg. quick, cheap, and will sell very well (im guessing your commercial since you want it so fast). there's my 2 cents.
