quick light schedule q

One day out of my week i work early.

My normal dark hour are 12am - 6am

Can i do a 11pm to 5am dark hour for one day?

Yeah, that shouldn't stress the plant too much. Just don't do it repeatedly bro =P

Why don't you buy a timer? You wouldn't have to turn the lights on and off everyday manually, they cost like 6-10$ at walmart or a nearby corner shop.
