Quick lighting question

so today is day 36 of flowering currently lights on at 11am to 11pm... Would anything happen if i let the lights go to 6am so i can have my off period from 6am to 6pm?

Your better off to give her more dark than more light , Go from 11am to 6pm then from 6am - 6pm. Just my 2 cents. Good luck.

Wat if i need to switch back the light schedule jkust do the same thing? Dont really wanna change it but kinda have too... Will it stress my plants out too much/

I'm no expert, but i've read that messing with the light schedule really stresses the plant out. You could get away with it the first time, but I probably wouldn't switch it twice.

No expert, just my two cents

Like titycaca(nice 1 lol) said , once you can get away with but i wuddnt want to do it twice. And if you have to i'd give it a few weeks.

you can but....like an hr a day.... 10-10pm, 9-9pm,etc....so about 5 days to do it gradually... but if you plan on changing it back later, what's the point? will just cause more problems.

this will cause some stress on your girls, Sometimes it will be ok sometimes it can affect plants.. that been said i'd knock an hr off her day by day or on too her light period..just as lime says but again its upto you - its your hard work and effort, its uptoo you. GL

I would just buy a timer messing with lighting this late in the game is just asking your plants to hermie imo a five dollar light controler would fix this without stressing them at all.

i have a light controller i just have my set up in a pt and they gonna do apt checks that th e only reason i have to change the light period or else i wouldnt

I can dig it just watch em for signs of hermies the only reason I say it is I've had some turn and while still smokeable its nowhere near as high quality. Good luck

ya that would suck if they hermie cuz one of my plants should be done in a couple weeks and it looks like i might pull3 ozs off it and it would suck if it hermied there suppose to come today.....hopefully tell come soon and can keep my regular light schedule

just switch during dark period, as stated. not best thing but do what u gotta. seeded weed is better then jail time. imo of course....peace

im a medical patient and the previous owners were coo about me smoking and eveyr=thing bt tese are new owners and i rather not get into it...but if they look like they might hermie than i guess ill just have alot of hash to make....currently have 4 plants under a 400w and one of the plants is about 3weeks away from being down lookin to chop her down for new years

i moved my plants to the closet and is very dark in there u think if i turn on the closet light on at 11 and leave them in there like tyhat till they come check it out and then put them back to there regular light so i dont have to switch thelight schedle would that be best?
