quick ? on mag def recovery...

I had a grapefruit that was hurt bad with a mag def so after flushing it for about 2 weeks with just water..
I am seeing this pop up on the area that was hit with the mag def.. (mag def only hit the 1/4th the plant ) this is from that area..
I believe it's rapid growth after I removed a few smaller branches etc.. I have seen this on the bubba kush's but not as curled up..


any ideas?

I'll even take someone saying it looks like shit and burn it at this point..

Just a thought.... in my east bay hamlet, the water temp jumped 8 degrees (out of the tap) and the ph up by.6 overnight.
I'm thinking they changed sources.

PH issue would be my guess.
