Quick Question About Rockwool Cubes ?

Im about to break down and try out hydro

I have a little seedling in a 1" cube

Just want to know if i need to take that plastic wrap off that covers the sides

Or just leave it on ?

You will be burying the small cubes in media such as Hydroton.
Remove the wrap so roots can grow out of the sides of the cube as well as the bottom.

Same thing if you plan to plug the cubes into larger Rockwool cubes.
But leave the covering on the big cubes if they will be exposed to the light.

yea its going into hydroton not the bigger cubes
