quick question bout what the difference of auto strain seeds n reg fem seeds

whats it mean when the say auto strain seeds or what the difference between auto strain seeds and feminized seeds.. im not sure on what to buy for this grow im trying to get started with 400 watt mh hps kit...

auto seeds are a cross of ruderalis, which is basically russian ditch weed, with lil to no thc.. auto's flower according to their age, and not the light schedule..
regular seeds, whether feminized or not, need the lighting to switch from say 18 hours of light and 6 hours of darkness to 12 hours of light to 12 hours of darkness to induce flowering..
regular and feminized seeds also come from one of two things, either indica or sativa, indica are shorter, bushier, and give a couch lock, more of a stone.. sativa's are thinner, and thin leaved, and have much longer flowering periods, and the effects are more of a high, clear headed motivational, as opposed to a couch lock stone..

So r auto strain seeds garage pretty much so I should just get fem seeds then?

Autos or autoflowers is what it says, they flower automatically as opposed to reg seeds where you need to change the light cycles in order to make them flower. An auto has a predefined life span usually around 9-12 weeks and grow better for more confined spaces I.e cupboards or closets. I would choose auto feminised over reg feminised because the produce a harvest much faster then regular seeds but not as much in quantity and slightly less quality
