Mr I Can Do That For Half
Each grower has thier own preferences like I said with me I found it better the taste and to cut drying time without any negatives to the plant. Another plus 2 less days on the electric bill and the plants do as proven get to break down the starches which will help the taste once cured.

Wow wow WOW, y'all confusing the shit out of me now, so from everyone's experience who have starved the plant, do they see any positive effect on the results and if so when did they cut the nutrients n water out, a week before harvest, two weeks?
And the lights being off, would be wise to keep em up off or not? Say 30 hours before actual harvest, so when everything goes to the bud, their chopped, so there's no reversing to the leaves?

Yes, higher UVB is better (within reason). And There are always mutes on my soil so I don't and wouldn't want to starve them of nutes. However, I may delay watering with plants showing slow root growth but strong color, in order to "stretch" or grow-out the roots by making them search for water.

UVB should be introduced at a young stage and simulate the suns. So, midday for around 4 hours. It is said to leave them on at intervals of 15 minutes every hour but I have seen results with them on with the light schedule.
