nah don't spray water..some of the old timers will say put an orange peel or a piece of lettuce in the jar..doing anything like that especially spraying is just asking for mold..I'd just take it as a lesson and make sure you do it right next time..gl man

You might be able to get away with it just not too much water and open the jars often after you do it to discourage mold

any citrus fruit peel works Ok ...
What you can do it jar it up, and stick a little piece of wet cloth on the inside wall of the jar and seal it for 12 hours, Dont open it at all for atleast 12 hours...
Otherwise another thing that works reaaaaly well is a fresh stem or leaf... If you have any plants alive, take a few leaves or stems and stick em in the jar... that WILL work.. at least to rehumidify the buds a bit!!

peace

As suggested above fresh leaves but better than that is the stems you tossed. The stems is what keeps the buds moist to begin with in the jar. The buds go in dry and pull the moisture from inside the bud or stem. If you still have some stems the larger young ones are great. If they come out like that again you will just need to put them in the jars faster before they dry all the way. Then control the dry out by burping for longer periods until you can open the jar and not have it moist. If too moist pull out and lay on paper for hour (depending on how small the popcorn it may not take an hour to dry) even popcorn can be ok if you slow dry it, leave the entire plant next time and just trim lightly to slow it down as well. Good luck, hate to say it but get a HID its guaranteed to make fat dense buds if you make it to the end
