Quick Question Regarding Cloning Of Auto-flowering strains

I'm thinking about purchasing some auto-flowering strains,
My question is, if the plant flowers in 9 weeks, and you clone it, how long will the clone take the clone to flower since it's already 9 weeks old?
Will it continue to auto-flower?

Do not clone auto strains, it is pointless. From seed only.

Cloned or not the genetics of the plant will remain the same and being a time-period plant instead of a photo-period plant the clone will see itself as being the same age as when part of the plant and flower on the same schedule. Taking a clone from an autoflower strain will not reset its internal time clock back to zero.

Well, according to some people on this site, you cannot clone auto flowering strains.

dont clone auto they are not worth the time and effort to clone. 2 months and you get new ones, if you p;lan righ you can have a perpetulal crop gorwing and harvesting every 3 weeks.
