Living in texas fairly close the equator with good humidity in my particular area I have one question;1. When should I plant outdoors?

  • It is recommended you plant after you haven't seen a frost for at least a week. This may be around April or you may be waiting all the way till May. You may also put your plants outdoors in pots and protect them at night until you are certain you are past frost season.

(outdoors in a spot that gets full and partial sunlight depending on the time of the day),what I am asking is can I begin placing germinated seeds into the ground ANYTIME that is post frost weather and atleast 4.5 months before winter will arrive again can I expect my plants to flower regardless of the equinox/natural sun light cycles.....

I googled the shit out of this to no avail.

DO NOT POST UNLESS YOU KNOW YOUR REPLY IS ACCURATE; and please give me reasoning behind your answer.

Any additional information is appreciated. e.g. will the time it takes to flower/go into flower cycle change depending on the month of the year in the northern hemisphere, in my case texas..

Thankyou.

Don't understand my question?
Tl;dr?
1. Is it ever to early to plant(outside of frost/and cold season)
2.will the time it take for a plant to begin flowering change depending on time of year(once again outside of frost/cold season and in a time frame that will not leave the plant stuck growing when the next cold season arrives.)

still cant understand what im asking? god help me maybe you can help me help you understan by teaching me how to reword it once more.
