Quickest veg time possible?

Hello i'm growing from seed after they germinate and strong enough, i would normally veg them under a 100w envirolite...''

If i vegged them under a 400w how long would it take to get them to about a foot in size?

I don't usual use my HID for vegging any help or advice appreciated...''

There's alot that can make it veg fast or slow, including the strain. Think about a 2 month veg. If happens sooner great, if not well you are prepared for 2 months.

Yes from seed it would be longer, so now i'm thinking of doing it with clones so same question again how long?

I would really like them ready to flower from vegged from rooted clones in 4 weeks under a 400 HID is this possible? I like them at least a foot high...''

Yes, its possible. If your plants are healthy and the pot is big enough, 2 weeks veg should easily get you over a foot.

I veg for a long period but at least until Mature. Once Mature I then take clones from bottom then wait 2 weeks and then go 12/12 with mom. The clones can be ready to flower as soon as they established good roots, so if you where to wait until they are a foot high that would be perfect. Try co2 (homemade) in veg.?
