Yeah, they need to fix all of it. Moving gardens, changing plant counts, including ALL patients in the new system as equals, etc. I wouldn't worry a whole lot about your grow license being invalid because of a move, as long as your paper work is hanging on the wall. If HC is refusing to renew them anyway, but the courts still say they are valid, I would just do it. (I did). You have a right to grow and a constitutional right to move freely throughout Canada, as long as you keep low key until you get new papers, I doubt anyone will know, much less care.

Jumping through hoops is only going to last so long if they don't treat us with respect and give us a seat at the table. If they are going to manipulate our rights under the charter to provide a cottage industry for the fascist elite, well I for one will not stand for that; especially if they think 6 plants are going to be worth even signing up for a prescription. I am medical 100% but I will steadfastly fight tooth and nail over what I require for relief and how my needs have to be accounted for. I don't care at all about recreational cannabis, if they want to run that industry as a crown corporation all the power to you. Leave me well alone and let me tend to my personal health issue without any interference. They don't know their ass from their elbow when it comes to alleviating pain and suffering, they are ironically an abundant cause of it.

Let's do it! But I wouldn't limit it to Liberals MP's, I have an NDP for my riding and she is just as useless. I sent her my rant and asked for her support...she sent me a link to the Task Force feedback site! Then I start getting emails telling me how I should support NDP decrim. They are all fair game for a campout on their lawns!

I'm sure hippy will agree with you on this, basically give up and let warehouse grows cultivate irradiated herb and overcharge us all for it.
