(Note: this information is not my own but has been a great help to me personally)
"Conditions should remain constantly somewhere within the following ranges, temperature should be between 65-75 degrees Fahrenheit, relative humidity should be between 45%-55%.
At temperatures lower than 65 degrees Fahrenheit, drying time will be lengthened. At temperatures higher than 75 degrees, the heat will cause the outer portion of the bud to dry quicker than the inner part, and the taste will suffer."
Remember, light & heat will degrade THC so I would not recommend having any light on. Ideally, you will want complete darkness inside your drying room. I don't believe your temps will be cool enough to cause any issue - better to be running a little cooler than warmer during this process in my mind. Also, make sure you have a fan in your drying room to help limit the risk of mold but do NOT point it directly at the drying buds as this will cause them to dry too quickly.
