hey guys, growing 3 WW, i think they are ready to start flowering...

the problem is im going away for about 8 days, (i have timers and pumps so the plants can live) my main concern is whether its smart or not to start flowering before i go away?

i mean my flat is quite big, do i have to worry about the whole flat stinking, or the whole building?

the three plants arent too big and they are in a cubboard in my room, thats 2 doors closed and at the end of the house where you have to go down the stairs to get out.

I really would like to start flowering but i dont want to get into trouble, as if my neighboors smelled it whilst entering their flat ....

so should i wait till im home and control the smell gradually, or i dont have to worry too much?

Thanks for your comments, i really appreciate them

You need to be there for the first couple weeks of flowering, they double in size when flowering so you need to make sure they don't get too close to the light.

GrowTech

stays relevant.
I would just wait the 8 days, continue to veg them, and then when you return, get to flowering.

if they're still in veg, you won't have to worry about stank.

What's your ventilation set up like? you might want to consider a carbon filter or another method of odor control.

odor-wise would i have to be worried??
if you dont have a good carbon filter or 2, yes, it will stink.. if you do things right.. the first week or 2 wont be bad.. after that be prepared though. ww is a skunk strain i believe and skunk strains stink hella bad during flower.

better get some venting set up with a carbon filter or the whole complex will know what you are up to.. i knew a guy who didnt have a carbon filter or anything. he had a pretty sealed area and you could smell the crap even b4 opening the door to his house.. the minute you got into the house it smelled like skunk. do yourself a favor and get a carbon filter and good inline fan at minimum.

i recommend you get a small inline fan and a carbon filter attached. There are different sizes of both, so hopefully you can find a setup that works and fits in your cupboard. don't underestimate the importance of air circulation for the plants and the growing environment. Getting a fan and carbon filter will help both air circulation/ventilation as well as the odor problem mate.

if i got the fan, how long does it have to run for, a day?

For the odor control liquid, will that be enough atleast to keep the smell only in the house?

I run mine all day. constant circulation and filtering of the air will reduce odors significantly.

So with fan circulating on three WW plants (of not great size) + Chronic Orange Spray, will definately reduce odors? i need to prevent from smell leaving my flat, thats all. The plants are at the back of the house in a cubboard

my concern is that smell remains in flat
