R these lights any good

hey what up, Im getting ready to start another grow and I was wondering if these lights were any good

these lights are hella cheap but for photography, does it matter, I was gonna get 6 of them for a 12" room

last grow i did I got similar 65 watt Dual spectrum lights from stealthhydro.com and they weren't as powerful as I'd like them to have been.

ps whats the difference between full spectrum and dual spectrum

i would invest in either a hps or metal halide light systems they end up paying for themselves later down the road.

thanks for the advice but ill stick wit what i know plus Im only trying to spend about $150 total, but are these lights any good though
