R they ready ?

These 3 WW girls have been 12/12 for near 8 weeks now, most of the hairs n the top bud are orange but some of the lower buds are only about 50% should i give them an other week or 2 ? should i not give them any water the last 2 days of lights on ? someone told me that ?
P.S Theyve been on 11/13 for 3 days now?
Iv no patients,lol

thats wat happen wen i grow ww but my plants was 4foot so i cut the top 2foot and left the other 2 foot in there for a few more weeks well thats wat i done and it worked well
