i have 2 water barrels i use for my outdoor garden(the legal one) so my question is, is it okay to use the same water for my indoor garden(as long as the ph is good) it has roof runoff in it so whatever is on my roof/downspout is in the water would that be bad for my mj plants?

its prolly a stupid question but imo the only stupid questions are the ones that rnt asked

a water barrel basicly connects to your downspout collecting water as it runs off your roof

I wouldn't because anything from your roof will stay in your garden especially if its soil.

I think that would help. I would check the ppm. Rainwater by itself should be pretty low.

so should i just wing it? i don't have a ppm meter and i don't feel like dropping 100 on something i will polly never use i mean i use it to water my garden? and the dog drinks from it occasionally how bad could it be for my plants in addition could it possibly have more positive nutrients in it then negative?

A friend of mine uses rain water for his indoor plants all the time! He does filter it from the rain barrel to barrels in his house. He's been doing this for years.
