Rainforest sprayer prob right now!!!

Hey ya'all...
I am having a problem with my rainforest sprayer. It is making a crazy squealing sound like a fan belt loose on a car. I took it off and cleaned it up but to no avail. The sprayer is brand new with almost 1 month of time on it and no rots are caught up in it Any ideas on what it might be and what I should do?

I of course DO NOT have it running now and am only concerned on what the problem might be. MY plants are all vegetables and roots are in the oxygenated water so there good for a sec.

I thought the sprayer was good for 24 hrs use 24/7?

Any ideas would be madly appreciated. This is my testy run before I go full throttle.

ok, so no one has any info about rainforest vortex sprayers but if someone reads this and does now, I have run into another sound. The sprayer seems like it is making a noise like it is running out of lubricant. I can feel the vibration from the sprayer stem rotating through the sprayer head.

Was that confusing? Basically it is making a weird noise like it is dry of grease and when I hold the top it feels like it is working harder. Any ideas?

I guess you could take it apart and grease it up
Sorry man...I watched my buddy do two several month long grows in the same rainforest and he never had that issue. Sounds like you may have just gotten unlucky and got a faulty one. It shouldn't make that sound and you should be able to run it 24/7 so long as by 24/7 you mean that it's spraying for a couple minute interval and then off for a several minute longer interval all day long.
