Raise/lower/rotate your Scrog with ease

I see so many Scrog grows on here, everyone saying that the one disadvantage is that you can't check your roots or change your water easily, or as often as you'd like because you can't raise/lower the screen.
For those who can, they usually can't rotate their screens, which allows for light penetrations for different angles.
So, to show how I do it, and to help some people out, I made the following vid.

Get all of those electric cords off of the floor! especially if you're running hydro!!

Don't worry, had to put them there to be able to step into the tent. They're always at the level of my airpump, which is about 45cm off the ground
