Raise the pH- Outdoor Grow

I am starting out with 12 plants- Day 70 of veg stage, all are currently in 3 gallon containers of Promix.

My nute solution is pH 7.0 while the run-off from the plants is around pH 4-5.

Two of the twelve plants are showing Mg/Fe/Zn deficiencies so I need to make a pH adjustment quickly. I will also be transplanting the female plants to 7 gallon containers in 10 days (or after sex is determined)- what should I add to the Promix when I transplant?

I bought some dolomite lime and added to the plants: 1 tbsp. lime to 1 gallon of water. The soil in the plants was still damp from rain earlier in the week so I ended up distributing 5 gallons of the "lime water" among the 12 plants. Next question- how long should I wait before feeding? I have been feeding e/o week- this past Sunday was feeding day but I skipped due to heavy rain & the low pH issue.
