One of my worst nightmares when I was younger was that I called 911 and got a busy signal.

That shit happens in Cali all the time. Hopefully the times Ive had to call 911 hasnt been because someone in my fam was hurt... but one time I called 911 when some old man was havin a stroke...took em like 10 min to answer. Cant get money to hire more dispatchers but they can waste money on tryin to bust people smokn weed...

I have no faith in police. That's why around here, we have our own system of gov't. I'm first aid certified and can perform many basic surgeries. So when the Revolution comes I'll be totally self-sufficient. And totally STONED!
