Rapid Leaf Death

Well if you are at 7.0 and want to be at 6.5 then pH your water to 6.0.
I’ll use some lemon juice to lower it when it dries out, or should I just get some pH down? I’ll turn the temp of the basement up as well. Could the cold and pH be why there’s so much purple in the petiole? There aren’t problems with my other plants, just that one. I haven’t seen fungus gnats recently either. Thanks for the help it’s really appreciated

If you continue any overwatering conditions it will become conducive to fungus gnats / pm . Any hydro shop should carry ph down in some form or the other. Have a good reliable PH / PPM pen to check your water and mixes. Remove that koozie or sock that is around pots , place them on a riser ( off floor ) for aeration and proper drainage. Yes , colder medium invites slower growth and issues with up take.

Nitro looks a bit high but get the “ grow environment “ in order and plant will thank you.

Now you're talking.

It goes down when I add liquid seaweed pretty consistently. Would a slight foliar spraying help it with the phosphorus for now ph 5.9-6? Or should I just leave it alone

@Renfro
Here’s the progression. Letting it still dry. Considering transplanting soon, the roots have filled the space. It’s still drooping pretty hard but I think it will recover. Might be too sensitive to transplant though.

In fact, don't repot it until it needs to be watered more often than once every 24 hours. We don't want to put it in a big pot where the soil will stay saturated for days.
