Got 2 day old seedlings bout a in of root is thru the bottom and the sprout is about a in tall if transplanted in rockwool how often should I flood tray

a plant that small with normal room humidity and temps should be fine with 1 or 2 floods a day.

this is what is important. If you go with the standard 4" cubes or the 4" short cubes or the mega blocks ect.. ect...

when i transplant in to RW i use the 4' deep ones and i only top feed once a day till they grow roots through the bottom and get a good root system then i will put them into the table and flood it with the rest of the ones vegging
