Room is still under construction.. need to drywall ceiling to complete “sealed” room

also need to do a bit more ducting and electrical work. I just bought the 100 amp 24 space breaker... all of this will be finished today or tomorrow. Anyways. Here my current room as of noww

8” A/C Infinity 800 CFM Inline / 8” A/C Infinity Carbon Filter hooked up outside to blow fresh air inside room

also another 8” A/C Infinity 800 CFM Inline / 8” A/C Infinity Carbon Filter Inside to Vent Odor and heat outside

Also in the picture before shows a 12” 1500 CFM Inline Fan outside off room tapped into bedroom register upstairs to conserve heat from the 4x 1000 watt HPS lights instead of blowing it right outside to waste it.

Making an auto watering system and also plan on buying this auto humidifier

2x 32 gallon trash cans outside of room. One for collection and other for nutrient water with air pump connected with 8” air stone

once I test run and see what the heat in the room is at. If it’s too hot. I’ll buy this mini split

I'll be subbed for this one. Let's see what you can do with that setup. \m/

im new obviously but I can promise you I’ll make it work. Money is but isn’t an issue since I’m already deep in.. if I gotta spent another 2000 to make it work then so be it. I’m looking for a little guidance honestly so any help is needed. I’m been doing research for years but just finally got my own house and threw money at it.

I’ve also planned on doing one yields off this set up .. make a profit then I’ll be going with some phantom LEDs or one of those top of the liner ones that run in the $1000-1500 range and also build another room possibly 12x10. Then veg 6 into the 8x8 and then flower the other 6 in the 12x10

I've had great luck with building my own cob lights and they kill it bro. But nowadays you can get affordable quantum boards or even the good rapid prefab builds. I support any type of grow and this one will be a good one to watch.but you'll save tons of money on electricity and most likely won't need that ac all the time (depending on where you live) if you go led.

You have a filter on the intake fan? The room you are planning to exhaust the lights into will be like a wind storm in the desert...

I figured that. It’s actually an empty spare bedroom. So should I blow it out the window or chimney instead with a one way exhaust duct ?

Yes. Carbon filter on the intake fan. Seems like a good idea since the house always seems a bit dusty but I have hardwood floors throughout so

IMO an intake fan is unnessecary to begin with and a carbon filter to.prevent dust is even more excessive. Passive vents at floor level with a furnace filter is all you need

Depends, are you legal or need to be stealthy?
i live in Michigan and 12 plants is legal so yeah I’m doing 12...

I just don’t want the whole house overwhelmingly stinking every time I have company/family over as soon as they walk into my front door

Should I just put both 8”ac infinity inline fans/8” ac infinity carbon filters inside the rooom to scrub the air and keep the 12 inch sucking the 4 hoods And get a mini split ?

Are you pulling or venting to the houses duct work? If so thats not a good idea.

can you not Telll from the pictures I posted ? Kinda explained in my original post too

Some people are genuinely confusing me asking me what I’m doing.. Seems clear enough in pictures.. Not being rude either, just asking ? I Understand all the duct work isn’t complete because I ran out of flexible ducting but recently just got more from my Amazon order, just been busy with work and haven’t found the time to finish up the room. But I should have it complete this weekend forsure. One 8” fan is outside with a 8 inch carbon filter attached blowing fresh air in. Another 8 inch fan inside grow room connected to a 8 inch carbon filter which I planned on blowing out of the glass block window(hole in one of the pictures, not connected yet) And I have a 12” inline outside of room connected thru duct work in the grow room ceiling tapped into a Y duct and those are running thru the lights and vented outside of grow room into a lung room(rest or basement). (Put it on reverse for ya lol)

I was just making sure you weren’t using the homes ductwork. Doing that can put either a negative or positive static pressure on the furnace. making your homes heating and cooling either a: not work at all or b: burn up the blower on the furnace.

The air cooling your lights wont smell if its positive pressure, air leaks out. Of course the intake air needs to come from another room.

In other words dont pull air through, blow though or push.

No I would just set one of those fan/filters up to exhaust the room and give you negative pressure. Shouldnt be able to smell anything outside the grow room.
