RDWC Issues (Root rot)

So I'm struggling to get my grow under control. Here's my system details: 3 13gal bucket RDWC (2 plant sites, 1 control), 400gph pump (24/7). EcoAir 8 line pump, 2 lines per bucket, one with a 4" disc and one without any stone. Every bucket is thermo-wrapped and I have a layer across the whole top (minus the holes for the plants). I use 2 300w Platinum LED's in a 2x4x6 tent. Air temps ~75-82*, water is always under 70*, mostly around 65-67*. R/O water, supplemented w/ cal-mag and some mega roots by blumoon.

About three weeks after seed, my plants had just got roots in water and I just started to feed them nutes (~400ppm w/ cal mag), growth up top started taking off and roots were looking good. Then I had to leave town for 4 days while my wife cared for them via my instructions. Got home on Sunday, plants were drooping like crazy, roots were turning a light brown and water smelled funky... root rot. Plus there was a bit of slime around the waters edge... Added some h202 just to run through the system overnight. Monday morning, I break down the whole system, bleach/scrub everything, rinsed the roots w/ fresh water, reassemble and add only new water w/ Hydroguard (5ml/gal). Water stayed stable at 5.8, was clear, no issues. Yesterday, noticed a bit of white foam around the edges, but water was still PH stable, cool, and clear. Lots of new white roots coming from the old ones. This morning, I wake up, PH is up to 6.7, foam has increased, water starts looking a bit more murky. Smell is starting to come back. I pull the filter from my submersible pump and a mess of dead roots spill through the res. The new growth on the roots still look okay, though the plants look just as sad as they did on Sunday (no new growth).

I've ordered some ZHO and Ancient Forest to make a tea, but that won't arrive and be ready until Monday at minimum. I have a couple single site DWC buckets that I might just throw them in until then but am pretty bummed about this since my system seemed to be solid and this kind of came out of nowhere (and fast). Any advice moving forward? Or is this a lost cause?
