RE-setting up improved ~10X10 veg room... What do you guys think?

Long time reader...first time poster. Anyway, anyone have any thoughts about how i'm setting my room back up? (Picture below also) Here are some basics. 10ftX10ft with about 7ft ceiling. I want to use 4 400w pulse start MH (the blueish circles, see picture), 2 400w HPS in the middle to up my lumens/wattage (the two orangish circles in the middle), and at least 4 but most likely 6 T12F96 8ft HO full spectrum (6500K, the blueish tubes) also, which should put me somewhere around 2700 lumens /sq ft give or take. I know during VEG that its more or less quality of light versus quantity, and yes, my flower room is some where around ~4000 lumens sq/ft. Also, i have portable AC in the room to keep it around 77F.
(If anyone wants to do math, my HPS are 50,000 lumens, 400W MH r 42,000 initial, ~33,000 design mean lumens, and the HO flouros r ~7,000 lumens)
This is a soil grow (using my own bastard mix for soil, but i works), pots from 1/2 gal up to 3 gal, RO water, nutes after 3-4 weeks, and easy clone machine (home built).
Finally i do have an extra 6 HO T12F96 flouros, a few 250W pulse start MH (that i DO NOT want to use) and 1 extra HPS (400W). So i do have room to play but want the least bulbs cause that AC has to work hard you know. Also using static pressure right now for air circulation with a medium sized fan cause the AC moves AT LEAST 1000 cfm out of the room by itself.
So what do y'all think?
And strains being messed with include but are not limited to: snow white, aurora indicia, barneys farm l s d feminized, and a few others.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated because I'm sure someone here has though of something i haven't. Oh, and the gray hump on the bottom is the door/entrance.

looks good but whats the point of the t 12 flourecents?

all the t-12 are to A: Up the lumens per sq ft., B: Add some 6500K lighting, and C: When they get taller or bushy, the lights are cool enough to keep hidden or tucked in the vegetation to provide a bunch of light that wouldn't normally be available lower in the plant.

I wouldn't even want to try to walk through there, nonetheless get anything done with all those T-12s. If I was fixed on putting tubes in the canopy I would go with 48" tubes and put them on either sides of a walk way up the middle. How would you even pull the plants out of there?

why the hps lighting in a veg room? much more efficient use of light to replace with more mh's.

Desert-I have 400W ceramic MH retro bulbs coming to replace the two HPS. Wonder- I have just enough room to move up the sides, rear, and have the lights scooted just enough to make a path up the middle....It's a super tight fit and already packed space...Going for the max cause i gotta fish out any males still.... I imagine your all thinking that's its a wiring mess, but I'm very good with the wire/cable management...
