Re-Veg Questions??????........How to????

I'm new to the grow world, and I was doing some research online when I came across some brief articles on re-vegging after harvest...... I have two plants that I would really like to regrow, critical sensi star and amnesia, I took some clones before flower, but due to my inexperience they all died (except one). I read that after harvesting 95%, only leaving small popcorn buds, it's possible to flip lights back to a 24hr cycle and start growing again.......is this a successful method to use? I also searched youtube, only finding a handful of videos that didn't give much help or instruction. Can anyone give me some info, or perhaps maybe someone who has had success or failure with this method of growing could let me know if this would be a waste of my time.

Thanx and :leaf:HAPPY GROWING:leaf:

takes too long to get back to veg, for me. learn to clone better.
Well like I said this was my first attempt at cloning, so I plan on getting better, but for the time being I really want to keep these two plants alive and producing, so it can be done? I figure even if it takes a couple months to start showing new growth, it would still be worth it to me.

A re-veg isnt 100% guaranteed to work from speaking with other growers, ive seen plants that have begun to re-veg then drop dead. Dunno if some strains respond better than others as there are lots of guys who re-veg and it works no problem. Either way it takes an age to kick them up the arse to veg mode but it can be done. Never done a re-veg myslef for this very reason, ive taken clones in flower and never again took frigging ages before they started getting going. Leave your pop corn buds and chuck it back into veg 24hrs and keep your fingers crossed you have nothing to loose man.

Just harvested my first reveg....tried four...only one made it.....buds arent nearly as tastey as original run....but still dank...although they've only been curing for two weeks now.
I will say from an experiment standpoint...it was pretty cool watching the new growth emerge out of the whispy buds.....from the time I threw them back under 18hrs of light till the one was back in strong veg was about 3 weeks....then i vegged another 3 then flowered.....be sure to hit em with nitrogen right away...also the strain I revegged was tga querkle....and it was a clone....good luck

Different strokes for different folks. I'm at the end of my reveg now and plants are double the size of the original run. 2 weeks to get them going again then they took right off.
So, when you harvested did you just leave a few baby nugs and fan leafs? What was ur method?

Re-veg works just fine. And while it can be argued that it takes a little longer to get growing again than a clone might, a clone will be 1 stem, depending on how much popcorn you left on once it is vegging again you might have 20 stems, wihthin a week or two it will be a monster again, none of this waiting for it to grow so you can top etc, you'll have stems growing out here there and everywhere.

I just leave any nugs at the bottom as they are and a nice amount of fan leaves and flip it to 24/0

Hey Rogue check this one out man idk if u have ever heard of air-layering to clone ur MJ plants here is a link to show u what I'm talkin bout cause its too much of a pain in the ass to type it all out. But if u have problems cloning its a way to clone ur plant without actually cutting it off the plant till its ready to be planted.
Its actually pretty damn kool. I like it but I don't have any rockwool to try it out at the moment, but the fact that u don't have to mist it or use a humidity dome or heating pad or any of that stuff is good for us cheap ppl.

What tip top said. Also give them a dose of N when switching to 24/7. I trim off a third of the rootball then put them in new soil. The more popcorn you leave better the reveg. Good luck!
