Re-vegging already flowering plants

my friend insists that this is possible and that I should consider it. I'm not convinced it's a good idea so I'm posting this thread to see what people think about it.

here's the story: he's got a couple large outdoor indicas late into flowering which he wants to harvest and then put inside an indoor box under 18/6 lighting. what are the chances that the plant will continue to grow? the idea is to use it for cuttings.

aside from pests, which I know are a serious concern, what do you think of this idea?

That will work just fine. The plant will revert back to veg and continue to grow. I plan on doing that with a few of my nicer plants.

i think they may be slowed up for a bit, a week or two until they are again used to 18/6. it wouldnt hurt to try it and see what happens. i think you will be fine. but id be interested in seeing how it works out for you.. keep us posted
