Nobody can tell by just looking at some close ups of a few trichomes. Need to see the entire plant or at least a few of the buds. Plants can and do have amber trichomes well before the plant is ready. Amber trichomes are just one measurement used to determine if a plant is done. Also, where you check the trichomes matters as well. You don't need a microscope to determine if the plant is ready. I don't even bother looking at trichomes because I can tell from the look of the flowers whether or not the plant is ready. Too many people are chopping early because all they have heard is amber trichomes means chop chop chop. I've seen photo's recently of harvested bud that obviously was chopped weeks too soon and covered in white pistils because a new grower read about amber trichomes, saw a few, couldn't wait, and harvested early.
