Had quite a few issues at the beggining so thats why the leaves look a bit shitty around the bottom area but new growth looks good! Opinions please would be appreciated good or bad

DeeJay, you ready for the next chapter bro? I've got a little advice you may or may not wanna take. I would do a quick clean up job underneath. Youre only running 400watts and you're not going to get the penetration through the canopy like you would with a bigger light. So the small useless stuff at the bottom I would clean up, even along the main branches or colas. You're main shoots are going to give you the most and the best so it's a good idea to concentrate energy towards them. Who wants a bunch of pop corn nugs or a decent amount of larger colas? I know what i'd choose. Anyways if you're planning on flipping them Saturday I would prune today so the shock will be over by Saturday and they can dig in and bud bud bud...
