I would harvest that in about a week personally. Your picture isn't very clear but it looks like she hasn't quite ambered yet. Still looks green, and still see some clusters of fresh hairs.

We need to see pictures of the entire plant. One flower can be differently developed from the rest.
Going by that picture the above reply is correct. I still see quite a bit clear trichomes.
