Ready to harvest?

Hi,

I just got back from 5 very nice days in Amsterdam and my plants seem to have done fine in my absence.

It looks like one of the two is more mature, so I'm thinking of harvesting her and letting the other continue another week.

The first two pics are of (what I think is) the more mature of the two.

To me fan leaves look to good to be ready. can you see the trics. what color? how long in flower?
what kind of plant?

Thanks guys, I remembered that I didn't mention trichs, then my power went out for 4 hours.

The trichs are about 50/50 cloudy vs clear. 9th week or so of flower and it is white diesel.

Do you think that second plant can wait? I'm seeing white growth that I'm not really seeing on the first plant.

I like to wait till the plant looks done. Looking at the trics not through a scope you will see the entire glisten of the tricombes takes on a different darker color. its hard to explain but you will know it if you can give her the time to show.
