i say 2 weeks+ her hairs arent even 10% brown or starting to curl in. If you happen to have a scope it would def further your conclusion. But if you dont have one I'd say wait till she tells you I'M DONE!! lol all her hairs will have turned brown and when they start to curl up and get all pube like she's saying "i'm mature crop me down dry me till my outter surface is crispy but my stem still bends"...Then to make her taste excellent cure and burp in and off throughout the day for approx. 5-15 days. And WHALLLLLLAAAAAAAA you have yourself some grade A bud.

Btw what strain is this autoflower??
