Ready to harvest?

Tbh I think it's the variables.
You haven't mentioned any info about the plant so it's hard to know how long it has grown and under what conditions but that plant looks like it has over a month (at least) left on flowering.
It barely has flowering nodes, I see no calyxes and it looks very stringy.

Maybe it has been grown out fully and the lights have just not been good enough, or the nutrients, or whatever it is.
But if you harvest it now you will almost get nothing out of it.

Harvest what?

You need to jewelers loop to check the trichomes also pistils can be an indication your bud is ready they should be mostly receded.

The light is from a vegetable growing site, its 50-60Hz 15w 220-240v creating mostly blue and red light, hence the purple tinge, its designed for vegetables but works better than my CFL light did. Most pistils are red and the few calyxes present are swelling, the trichs are about 90% white 10% clear, as for the yield i think its due to the wrong light cycle and my inexperience, only picking up the new light last month could of affected the yields and the plant alot too. I realise there wont be much more the 3 grams on the plant but it'll be a start, and if anything i've learnt a lot about growing for the next one. I will upload a closer picture tonight

15 watts... That explains it then. If you plan on growing again in the future your going to need some supplemental lighting to achieve respectable results.

You're gonna need more lights if you're going to continue growing man, sorry but that thing looks pathetic.
